Coppa Stagionata: Pork Neck cured for 3 to 5 months. It has a delicate flavour of cinnamon, pepper, cloves and nutmeg. Delicious thinly sliced and served as part of an antipasto platter, on panini, or wrapped around Grisini (bread sticks) as a snack with drinks.

Chorizo Lomo: Made from pure Pork Loin, coarsely mixed with very little fat content, spicy and cured for a couple of months. Great thinly sliced as is, in sandwiches or as part of a platter.

Chorizo Sarta: Fama's perfect cooking chorizo. Adds wonderful flavour to paella, pasta sauces and casseroles, also as a pizza topping. Can be fried or grilled on the braai, sliced and served with bread as an appetiser.

Fuet Stick: This long thin salami, dry cured, made with pure pork, has a mild flavour. It originates from the Catalonyan area of Spain. Delicious served as a side snack with drinks or take to eat on a picnic in the countryside. A popular snack with children.

Lonza Stagionata: The eye of a loin of pork, marinated and air-dried in controlled cellars for up to 5 months to obtain its typical flavour. It is a very lean product ideal for the diet conscious and eaten as is, in thin slices. A popular sandwich ingredient and can also be served as part of antipasti platters or as a Pork Carpaccio.

Pancetta Flat: Flat pork belly with the rind on, cured for 3 to 5 months in special cellars. It is ideal for cooking or use to flavour pasta sauces, risottos or meat dishes with it's mild taste. Can also be thinly sliced and served on a fresh Italian roll to make a succulent sandwich.

Safari Sticks: Great mild tasting salami made from pure pork with a variety of spices and matured for not less than 30 days. This extra thin salami is for all occasions. A great addition to your child's lunch box. A good nibble when you outdoors, while watching TV or when travelling.

Salami Felino: Italian style hand made salami (can therefore vary in size and shape) originally produced in an area around Felino, a town in the hills near Parma.
